  2. When booking through AirBnB, your AirBnB profile, and any information you have on it, will be made available to us.

How do we collect your data?
You provide our company with your data in the following way:

  1. Through booking with our services directly via our website.

  2. Through booking one of our properties via one of our AirBnB listings. Here you will be providing us with the data available on your AirBnB profile.

  3. Through booking with us via Booking.com. Here, should you have a Booking.com profile, we will be receiving information via this.

  4. Directly via customer support. Here we may be requiring ID to confirm your identity, which will be asked for directly through the booking platform you are using. We may also be asking you for flight information, arrival times, the names of any other guests journeying with you, purpose of visit, etc.

  5. Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our messages or booking platforms.

How will we use your data?
Our company collects your data so that we can:

  1. Process and manage your booking.

  2. Vet your details against the information provided to prevent fraud.

  3. Provide information to booking platforms such as AirBnB and Booking.com for claims against customers.

When our company processes your booking, we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, third party booking integrations, including security and vetting integrations.

How do we store your data?

AirBnb, Booking.com, Guesty, Homeaway, Agoda, Whatsapp (occasionally).

Our company will keep all data provided for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by submitting an instruction to each of the platforms.
