Property Management

This is our bread and butter, and has achieved incredible results across our portfolio. Here we meet you and your team and will consult on the properties you have available. We will then use our booking platforms and pricing technology to achieve high occupancy rates month in month out. We charge a standard percentage on the total revenue earned, and will give you percentage commission each month for the first 12 months the property is with us. The owner sees an uplift in revenue, we receive our commission and you receive a nice percentage every month as a referral. Everyone wins.

Rent Arbitrage

This is another popular option, and is specially designed for landlords who prefer a stable income. The deal is simple: you introduce us to landlords interested in renting their property across a mixture of short, medium and long-term lets. We will take the property off your hands and pay the landlords at least market rate for a fixed term, providing the lease allows us to utilise this for short, medium and long term lets. We will then pay you a percentage commission each month on the lease amount, for the first 12 months of the property. The owner will see a stable revenue stream, guaranteed for the length of the lease, we receive whatever difference is made between the lease and the revenue, and you receive a nice percentage of the lease value no matter what. Everyone wins.

Joint Venture

This is less popular, but certainly something we can offer. Here we would setup a joint venture between ourselves and your estate agency. You provide us with the properties, we manage and occupy them. Our JV would be renting directly from the landlord, and we would share the profits from the venture 50:50. We would in essence be business partners. Here the owner will still see a stable revenue stream, guaranteed for the length of the lease, and we would both receive the difference that is made between the lease and the revenue. Everyone wins.
